These are two amazing ladies, who are known as "The Ageless Sisters" -- also the name of their radio show on Blog Talk Radio (which is where I host my show, too).
Why should you listen to these ladies?
Well, Cynthia Rowland has discovered "The Facial
Fountain of Youth", a highly acclaimed, bestselling system called "Facial Magic," that helps men and women look 10 to 15 years younger tone, tighten and lift
facial muscles without cosmetic surgery, injections or
electro-stimulation.
As I mentioned earlier, Cynthia Rowland has discovered "The Facial Fountain of Youth," which she now shares in her Facial Magic system, a program that helps men and women look 10 to 15 years younger simply by doing European spa exercises that help tone, tighten and lift facial muscles without cosmetic surgery, injections or electro-stimulation.
Cynthia is also author of The Magic of Facial Exercise, and she is a sought-after speaker and media guest, who has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows, including "National Enquirer TV," Barbara Walters' "The View," "The Crook and Chase Show," "The Donny & Marie Show" and "KTLA Morning News." Her Facial Magic program and Luscious Lips pump have been featured on "The Rachael Ray Show" and "The Doctors."
In addition, Facial Magic and Luscious Lips are recommended by plastic surgeons, dermatologists and dentists. Two of her biggest advocates are Mark Berman, M.D., past president of the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons and Carolyn Doherty, M.D., who both laud Cynthia for her innovative work. Learn more about Cynthia here.
Jackie is a sought-after anti-aging and beauty expert by the media and as a speaker and coach, who combines her natural reporter's curiosity with her desire to help others look and feel young. Learn more about her here.
Women, this week's show on Wed., June 16 is primarily for you. Read all about it. Remember, you can listen to this show live or later, at any time.
Women: Write to Change the World! Catherine Orenstein of The Op Ed Project Tells You How:
Women, get heard! Katie Orenstein, founder of the OpEd Project -- will
share how her organization helps bring women's voices to the opinion
pages. Katie, an accomplished writer and author "Little Red Riding Hood
Uncloaked," will discuss the value of being on the op-ed pages and
commentary forums of top media outlets. Opinion pages -– whether print,
online or broadcast –- are followed by diplomats, businesspeople,
scholars, and those in the highest levels of government. They feed all
other media and drive thought leadership in America. What's more, they
can sway public opinion and change the world. And they are open to
those without publishing experience. Since women currently do not
submit op-eds with anywhere near the frequency that men do, the Op Ed
Project targets and trains women experts in all fields to write for the
op-ed pages of major print and online forums of public discourse. The
group's mission is to bring about a sea
change in our national conversation, which is currently overwhelmingly
dominated (85%) by men. We'll also hear from Op Ed Project mentor and
writer Abby Ellin, author of Teenage Waistland.
An author and journalist, Catherine Orenstein has written for the op-ed pages of The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the Miami Herald, and her commentary has been nationally syndicated. A graduate of Harvard (BA) and Columbia (MA), she is a fellow at The Woodhull Institute for Ethical Leadership, a women’s think tank.
You'll
undoubtedly be entertained, educated and motivated as Alison Armstrong
shares insights and tips on how to get along with and please the
opposite sex.
This radio show --will make you realize, I predict, how little you know about men or women. For instance, you will learn many things such as:
How most women are "frog farmers," who turn princes into frogs. (You'll love this fascinating concept, I'm convinced.)
What the biggest gifts men can give to women. (Guys, these presents are free!)
What 3 traits men consider appealing. (Ladies, you may be surprised.)
What men really mean by the phrase "high maintenance" and how most of us women completely misunderstand the concept.
How from the get go, as we grow up, we've been given false premises regarding men or women.
How much fun it is to appreciate the opposite sex.
How men seek to score points. (Ladies, you'll love this concept, I suspect, and you'll learn how to use this in your favor.)
What we ladies look for in men. (You'll be intrigued.)
What drove Alison to become one of the leading experts on men with
thousands of followers worldwide. (Hint: It started with a bad
relationship.)
How many of us go-getting chicks have been acting like "men in skirts." (Uh-oh! Mea culpa! But no more!)
How women on the fast track are denying their femininity and killing themselves.
What "feeling safe" means to women.
How saying heartfelt thank yous to the men in your life can work wonders in your relationship.
How eating sugar, white flour and drinking coffee can make you masculine.
And much more.
You'll also learn how Alison's company, PAX Programs, offers amazing
programs to help you become authentic, fun, self-loving and more
enticing to the opposite sex.
Now it's time for me to be transparent with you wonderful Sugar Shock
Blog readers. Despite the fact that I'm a trained journalist, who
strives for objectivity, and a life coach and health counselor, who
seeks to help clients find answers themselves, I'm biased about Alison!
Suffice it to say that I'm what can best be called a "groupie," who has
attended several PAX programs!
However, the reason for my enthusiasm and excitement is valid. As I've discovered, PAX programs offered by Alison and other trained workshop leaders are powerful, insightful, entertaining and simply life changing!
I'm
in good company. Thousands of women and men around the world rave about
PAX programs, including singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette, who said
this:
“Alison’s deep understanding and love of men moved me
to a whole other level of clarity and peace about a gender that has
confounded me for a long time. I feel like the wool has been pulled
from my eyes and I can see men in a new and more loving way.”
Alanis Morissette, Singer-Songwriter

Gretchen also will tell you all about The Happiness Project, which is also the name of her new book. (The subtitle is: Or, Why I
Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight
Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun.)
To get you in a cheerful mood, here are happiness some tips, which Gretchen kindly shared with you.
She recommends the following:
Remember your body. Get enough sleep, get some exercise and manage pain.
Make keeping strong relationships with other people a priority. Strong bonds with others is the KEY to happiness. Show up, make plans, smile, help others and don't gossip.
Clean up. For most people, outer order contributes to inner calm, so take the time to tackle the big piles in your house, car, and office, and try to follow little habits to keep the clutter under control.
Make someone else happy. Volunteer, smile, be considerate, use good manners and go out of your way to do something that will help someone else.
Take time for fun! Make sure you have time in your life for some things YOU find fun. Learn to do something new, have an adventure, make time for a hobby or join a group of people who are interested in something that interests you.
You can get more wonderful tips to become happy by listening live on Jan. 6 at 2 pm EST or later (below), at your convenience.
